Returning the goods
How can I return my order?

You can return the items free of charge within 30 calendar days from delivery. Customers participating in our Loyalty Program can return the items free of charge within 45 days from the date of delivery.

Website. You can return your order easily and conveniently via our website.

Log into your account, click RETURNS in the ORDERS section next to the order you want to return. This will allow you to make a full or partial return of your order.

If you have placed your order without registering and do not have an account, you can return your order by clicking here flokati.lt/en/download-items/ and entering the ORDER ID and the email address you used for payment.

This way you can return your order using a DPD parcel locker or DPD courier who will come to pick up the items from your indicated location.

Flokati stores. Return an unworn and undamaged item at a FLOKATI store in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda or Panevėžys. Have proof of purchase with you.

Omniva parcel lockers. You can return an unworn or otherwise undamaged item, regardless of the method of delivery/pickup, via an Omniva parcel locker:

– Fill in this online return form and send it back along with the item in its original packaging or any other package that is suitable for sending such kind of goods.

Please note that your parcel cannot exceed the size of the parcel lockers.

How you can to exchange the items you have purchased?

Flokati stores. You can exchange an unworn and undamaged item for another item at a FLOKATI store in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda or Panevėžys. Have proof of purchase with you.

Omniva parcel lockers. You can exchange an unworn and undamaged item, regardless of the method of delivery/collection, via an Omniva parcel locker:

– Fill out this electronic form and indicate that you want to exchange the item for another one. Name the new item. Ship the item you want to exchange in its original packaging or any other package that is suitable for sending such kind of goods.

Please note that your parcel cannot exceed the size of the parcel lockers.
