• When you join the Loyalty Program, the amount of each purchase you make is converted into loyalty points and you start accumulating them in your account. You can become a member of the Loyalty Program by filling out a request form at Flokati stores or by creating an account at flokati.lt
• Loyalty discounts are cumulative with other promotional discounts. This accumulated discount is a permanent discount and will always apply in the future.

Application of loyalty discounts:

• Purchases of 145 EUR will give you a 3% permanent discount on future orders
• Purchases of 725 EUR will give you a 5% permanent discount on future orders
• Purchases of 2315 EUR will give you a 10% permanent discount on future orders

Log into your account and go to the Loyalty Points section to see how many Loyalty Points you have accumulated.

• Creating an account makes the buying process faster and easier because you no longer need to provide any information when you purchase from us again.
• If you create an account, you will become a member of the Flokati Loyalty Program and start collecting loyalty points which can be exchanged for permanent additional fixed discount on future purchases.
• You can make your personal list of the items you want and easily add new items to your personal list.
• You can view your previous orders and see the accumulated loyalty points.
